Purchase (2) minis, get 5% off and pay $380 (save $20)

Purchase (3) minis, get 10% off and pay $540 (save $60)

Purchase (4) minis get 15% off and pay $680 (save $120)

Purchase (5) minis, get 20% off and pay $800 (save $200)

Additional bundled minis capped at 20% off (or $160 each).

Booking is simple! When you’re ready to book, the link will take you to calendar where you can choose your session time for the spots available. Then you’ll be asked to fill in your details, sign some paperwork and pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 (or $200 if bundling sessions). Shortly after that, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’re all set!

The balance payment is due the week leading up to your session, but don’t worry if you forget, I’ll send you a friendly reminder just in case.

Milestone Mini sessions are for children only. If you’d like photos of siblings, or if you want to join in, then you should opt for the PORTRAIT session.

It’s your photoshoot so your child can wear whatever you want. But for a more timeless look, I recommend choosing an earthy colour, and mix that with neutral tones. Make it more interesting by adding different textures and layers. But most importantly, make sure your child feels comfortable in their outfit!

Avoid wearing all black, fluorescent colours and clothing with distracting characters, logos or writing on them.

You’ll need to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session time, fully dressed and ready to be photographed. Each session will run for strictly 20 minutes. Multiple sessions are scheduled on the same day running one after another, so it's important that you arrive on time otherwise your session time may be cut short so that we don't impact the next family's session, or you may miss your spot altogether. Once we start, you can relax and leave the rest up to me. It’s going to be fun for everyone, I promise!

A few days after your session I’ll share some sneak peaks on my socials (with your permission of course), and then 2-3 weeks after that, you’ll receive around 20’ish fully edited images to swoon over and choose among.

You’ll have access to your online gallery for a full month to select and download your photos and shop in my online store. But don’t dilly dally… when the month is up, your online gallery will close, and any bonus print credit gifted when you upgrade will expire. There is a small fee of $50 to reactivate your gallery if you forgot to download your photos in time.

After you’ve viewed your photos, you’ll have the option to upgrade the value of your package to include more digital images or print credit to use at my online store. But if you want to stick with what you’ve already paid for, you can do that too! There’s no obligation. You decide what fits your budget best!

Upgrade A for $200: includes an extra 5 images and a $100 print credit.

Upgrade B for $400: includes ALL your images and a $250 print credit.

Note: Upgrades apply per mini session. This means if you’ve bundled mini sessions, each session in the bundle has it own upgrade options.

You can pop back into your booking any time in the lead up to the session day and change your session time (subject to availability) or cancel your session. The retainer is non-refundable, but provided you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, any other payments you’ve made will be refunded to you.

But be sure to choose a time that works for your family as there might not be any availability if you change your mind later on.

Milestone Minis will be held in my Ocean Grove Studio most of the time, so weather won’t be an issue.

If we’ve planned for an outdoor mini event, here’s what happens regarding the weather…

Being an outdoor location there is always a chance the weather will be no good on the day of your mini session. Your session will go ahead unless it’s raining or very strong winds (or freezing cold but hopefully we won’t get that weather during summer). That means we will still go ahead if it’s overcast. While we might no get the glowy golden vibes on a cloudy day, there’s some positives like beautiful flat light so your skin looks smooth and creamy, and we can shoot in any direction without worrying about casting shadows on your face.

I’ll communicate with you the week leading up to your session regarding the weather, and a make a final decision if we proceed the morning before your session date. If we can’t go ahead with the beach minis, sessions will be moved to my natural light studio in Ocean Grove and held in the morning on the day of your original session. You’ll be emailed a link to the alternative sessions times. If you can’t make an alternative session time, any payments you’ve made above the non-refundable $100 retainer will be returned to you (less bank fees), and the retainer payment can be carried over to another session booked within 12 months.

This only applies if we’ve organised an outdoor mini event, but generally, Milestone Minis are held in the morning in my Ocean Grove Studio.

If we have planned an outdoor mini event, I’ll give you some tips on how to prepare your kids for a later session. But you know your kids best and if you’re still concerned your kids won’t be able to handle a later session, you can opt in to the next Milestone Mini event that are held roughly every two months.
